ORDERING
- Serious buyers only
- Orders are taken on a first come, first served basis
- All prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude shipping (unless stated)
- Colors displayed online may differ from the actual depending on your monitor settings and photography
PAYMENT
- Upon receiving your order confirmation, I will mail you the invoice with the payment details according to the payment type that you have chosen and delivery charges.
- If you have yet received our confirmation mail within 24 hours, please email me at bownribbon {at} gmail {dot} com.
- Payment is to be made within 3 working days otherwise your order will be cancelled and you will be blacklisted.
- If you feel you are not able to make payment within 3 working days, please inform me before the 3 working days is due.
- Once payment is done, please send me the proof of the payment (i.e. Maybank / Paypal reference number/screenshot) so that I can verify the transaction.
SHIPPING
- All items will be sent by Pos Malaysia.
- Please note that I can only make 1-2 trips to the post office in a week as I have other commitments (the kids).
- I will send out your orders within 3-7 days as it depends on the customizations and the quantity of your order.
- Once your order is shipped out, I will provide you with the tracking number so that you can track the package yourself.

- Shipping & handling charges for INTERNATIONAL orders:
- Singapore (Registered Mail) - S$ 4.00*
- International (registered Mail) - USD$ 5.00*

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- All items will be checked prior to shipping for quality.Hence goods sold are NON RETURNABLE, NON RETURNABLE, NON EXCHANGEABLE.
- Bow N Ribbon will not be liable if your packaging were to be lost in mail or damaged during shipping.
